Before you ship a product
Please do not send a parcel until I have confirmed availability, the receiving details and the agreed testing and production schedule. Keep your tracking information, and confirm who is responsible for customs, duties and replacement if something goes wrong in transit.
Where I work
Juliesare Beauty Hub is based in Uyo, Akwa Ibom, Nigeria. Projects are planned remotely and final files are delivered online. The delivery address for products is confirmed with the booking.

Questions brand teams ask
What is the difference between UGC creation and influencer posting?
UGC creation means I produce files your brand uses under the rights we agree. Influencer or creator posting means the content is also published on my own account. Posting, audience access and advertising permissions are separate items in the quote.
Where do you film?
I film in Uyo, Nigeria, and I work remotely with brands and agencies in other countries.
What happens before filming?
We confirm the brief, the approved claims, the deliverables, the usage, the testing period, the concept and the schedule. Products are shipped only after those details are agreed.
How long does a project take?
Timing depends on shipping, product testing, scope and approvals. I confirm a production date for your project once the product is ready, the concept is approved and the agreed testing period is complete.
Are revisions included?
The quote states how many revisions are included and what kind. A change to the approved concept, a new claim or a new shot after filming may need a reshoot and a revised quote.
Do you provide raw footage?
Raw footage can be included when it is listed in the scope. The agreement states which raw files are delivered and what editing rights apply to them.
Can we use the content as an advertisement?
Paid usage can be licensed. Include the platforms, the countries and the term you want when you ask for rates.
Can we send a script?
Yes. Send it with the approved claims, pronunciation and any required disclosures. I may suggest changes that make the delivery more natural, or that better match what I can responsibly say from having used the product.
Do you accept products from outside Nigeria?
International shipping can be arranged. Before anything is dispatched we confirm the carrier, who is responsible for customs, the timeline and the receiving details.
Can you guarantee views or sales?
No. I can deliver the content and the creative scope we agree. Distribution, media spend, targeting, the product offer and much else decide what a campaign returns.
Do you work in Korean or other languages?
My client communication and my videos are in English. Ask about translated scripts or subtitles before booking, since they may need a separate native-language review.
Will you make any product claim in the brief?
The brand supplies claims that are approved and supportable for the campaign markets. I also need to be able to make any statement about my own experience honestly, from having used the product.
